The Line Lofts Under Construction: At three levels below the nearest pedestrian sidewalk, we’ve reached bottom.

After excavating 40,000 cubic yards of dirt, shoring up the adjacent buildings and the nearest street, we’ve got a hole in the ground. Trenching began on the first foundations for the Line Lofts, our new 82 unit Hollywood Project. Now, we start building up: three levels of concrete and another six floors of wood to go.
